WhatsYourPrice was founded by the owner of SeekingArrangement, which makes the service even more trustworthy. According to WhatsYourPrice, the average time it takes to land a date is just 3 days. You can only bid for the date itself, which rules out the possibility of running into an escort. The average price for a date is just $125, which is. WhatsYourPrice has a quite easy interface to navigate. The design is a modern-minimalist one and focuses on helping you get together with other users that are close to your location. The only feature on the homepage is the search icon, favorites, your conversations, and your biddings.
I’m not sure this is the best way to rank the hotness of various coeds at college campuses across America, but it certainly is interesting.
Dating site WhatsYourPrice.com, a site where you submit a dollar amount in order to get a date, pulled data from all of their accounts that registered with a “.edu” email, and ranked universities based on the actual prices men are willing to pay for a first date with a female student there. Of note: the site offers college students a free premium membership upgrade when they register with their university email addresses.
And since the real March Madness has now been whittled down to the Sweet Sixteen, they have released their findings with the top 16 most desirable coeds by college based on the average price paid for a date with a female student there.
As you will see below, the University of Kansas tops this year’s list, with students at the school fetching an average of $324 for a first date, considerably more than the average date offer of $120 on WhatsYourPrice.com. Rock Chalk, Jayhawk, indeed.
Notably missing from the list: Arizona State and Florida State. Perhaps the coeds at those universities don’t need payment in order to go out on dates?
Rank – University – Average Date Offer
1 University of Kansas – $324
2 Rutgers University – $310
3 University of California Los Angeles – $298
4 University of Southern California – $286
5 University of Mississippi – $263
6 Villanova University – $250
7 University of Texas at Austin – $232
8 Columbia University – $225
9 University of Florida – $218
10 University of Georgia – $209
11 University of Arizona – $198
12 Duke University – $186
13 Louisiana State University – $177
14 University of Virginia – $163
15 University of Notre Dame – $159
16 University of Wisconsin – $150

WhatsYourPrice.com is an online dating website where “generous” suitors pay for dates with “attractive” singles. It’s a business model that really stands out in a crowded space, and is the perfect example of the free market at work.
Customers browse the profile of prospective dates and bid cash for the privilege of taking them out on a first date. I think once you get over the inherent awkwardness, it makes a lot of sense.
Both men and women can sign up in the “generous” category (but not surprisingly, it’s mostly guys).
Is What’s Your Price Prostitution?
What’s Your Price has been the target of criticism, with people calling it borderline prostitution and saying the women are basically hookers. These people are wrong.
If there’s someone you really want to meet, based on their profile and picture, what’s $50 or $100 in the long run? If that’s what it takes to stand out from the crowd and get noticed, what’s wrong with that?
It’s pretty much exactly what Coca-Cola does when it spends the big bucks to buy advertising time. They can buy the airtime, but if the message doesn’t connect, they won’t sell any soda.
It’s Just a Foot in the Door
Your WhatsYourPrice bid only buys you a first impression; it’s a foot in the door, and nothing more. And just like the ad that doesn’t connect, if your winning personality doesn’t impress enough for a second date, you lose.
Now if it really works out, you’ll probably want to leave out the WhatsYourPrice details when you tell your grandkids how you met. But a lasting relationship really is priceless, so I don’t see the problem in spending (or accepting) a few bucks initially to see if it’s worth pursuing.
WhatsYourPrice.com is social economics at its best.

Their unique dating system is “patent pending” with the US Patent Office: Application No. 61407831.
What's Your Price Dating Review
If necessity is the mother of invention, I would guess the creator of WhatsYourPrice.com was a busy (read: un-attractive) but “generous” (read: rich) individual.
Whatsyourprice Reviews Experience
Indeed — the company was founded by former Fortune 500 executive and serial entrepreneur, Brandon Wade, who describes his younger self as a “never-been-kissed geek.”
